Program Design and Development
Each program is custom designed, using best-practice tools and techniques. Our Instructional Designers have years of experience in both for-profit and non-profit sectors and in a variety of industries.
Programs are developed in a variety of mediums, from instructor-led to computer-based training, and with a blended learning approach. Partnering with your organization, EPD uses company-specific case studies, simulation scenarios and environmental scanning. And as your strategic goals are attained, our program can evolve to accommodate new priorities.
Program Implementation and Support
EPD can present your learning initiative at your workplace, on the Wayne State University campus, or at a third-party location. Our programs may be stand-alone or embedded in another program such as an annual meeting or retreat. Our facilitators are Wayne State University full-time and adjunct faculty and professors with real-world experience and extensive expertise in executive & professional development. Your assigned Program Coordinator is always available on-site during the process to assist.
Optimal program evaluation provides metrics to support Level Four Evaluation, Proven Business Results. EPD partners with our clients to design a program evaluation process that achieves their business goals. Participants are asked to evaluate every learning activity they attend, and we perform statistical analyses upon that data to gage Participant Reaction (Level One). In cooperation with our clients we can design customized evaluations to measure the Learning that has occurred (Level Two), the participants' ability to Transfer that knowledge on the job (Level Three), and Business Results (Level Four).
