An EPD performance improvement solution  

Recently, EPD designed a customized program for a local financial institution that recognized a need to develop the effectiveness of its managers and supervisors.  Throughout each session, participants actively discussed and practiced new concepts, tools or methods presented through carefully designed exercises. These exercises focused on transferring knowledge to real-work scenarios in order to support the progression of the participants’ professional development.

This seven-part learning series afforded participants the opportunity to apply the content to real-life situations through active learning exercises such as case study analysis and simulations. The need-based learning plan for this program included:
