Leadership Academy

A Michigan healthcare insurance provider asked EPD to partner with their corporate education department to customize a multi-year, multi-module Leadership Academy available to over 2,000 employees in leadership positions.

Needs Assessment

Based on leadership competency models developed through assessments of competencies required for the organization's leaders, EPD created a two-track development path based on application in a blended learning environment to facilitate entrepreneurial behavior and a culture of lifelong learning.

Value Creation

The Leadership Academy develops the leadership skills required for the achievement of business goals, beginning with the creation of personalized learning plans that allow leaders to assess their skills and develop a plan to increase competency levels in key areas through both formal education and less structured learning opportunities. The Leadership Academy offers blended learning opportunities including executive sessions, e-learning, classroom training, simulations, briefings and business coaching. EPD designed a specific menu of training modules targeted to organization-specific leadership competencies.
