Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC)
The goal of the PTAC's of Michigan is to provide small business owners with a competitive edge in selling to the public sector by educating them on contracting opportunities. Through this grant-funded service, Wayne State University's PTAC provides eligible business clients in the Detroit area with the marketing and technical assistance needed to sell their goods and services to the federal government, particularly to the Department of Defense. We also provide information on government contracts and offer educational training programs.
